Visual Data Media Services has expanded its team with the addition of three executives to key leadership roles: Randy Tunila as CTO, Alina Tarkhanian as VP Client Services, and Derren Young as VP Human Resources.
Tunila, Tarkhanian and Young join Visual Data to support the company’s vision of excellence in service and end-to-end solutions, each bringing a strategic and customer-centric vision to their new roles. Their collective expertise will drive further advancements around the company’s technology, workflow efficiencies, client relations and workplace culture initiatives.
“Randy, Alina and Derren are exceptional leaders and perfectly positioned to spearhead our priority initiatives,” said John Trautman, CEO of Visual Data Media Services. “Their decades of experience and proven success in transformational strategies further strengthen our ability to support clients across the entire media supply chain.”
Tunila brings more than 25 years of media and entertainment technology experience to Visual Data, including extensive experience in SAAS and cloud-based solutions. His successful track record includes architecting Paramount’s media supply chain for ViacomCBS and leading 20th Century Fox’s international theatrical technology division.
Tarkhanian joins Visual Data from Amazon Prime Video, where she oversaw Accessibility and Localization programming. Drawing on her background in digital supply chain from companies such as Google and Hulu, Tarkhanian will support client success through workflow efficiencies and operational excellence.
With an expansive career that spans technology, M&A, gaming, and music, Young will guide the company’s global people strategy with a fresh and innovative approach focusing on inclusion and employee experience. His previous roles include Electronic Arts (EA), Universal Music Group, and Bloomberg Television where he successfully built global teams and developed transformational programs.
“With Randy, Alina and Derren on board, we further align in our core values to deliver exceptional customer service, drive innovation and create a culture of unity,” said John Trautman. “I’m confident they will make a significant long-term impact across our organization and I’m looking forward to the opportunities their contributions will enable.”
